Parque Ecológico Mangueiral
Description
Created under Complementary Law No. 827 of July 22, 2010, the park is located in the Jardim Botânico Administrative Region – RA XXVII, within a polygon that begins at the traffic circle where DF-001 (Estrada Parque Contorno – EPCT) meets DF-465, following this road to the facilities of the Diretoria Penitenciária de Operações Especiais and the shooting range, then toward the headwaters of the Córrego Borá Manso and along its right bank, skirting the security area of the Centro de Detenção Provisória to its junction with the Ribeirão Santo Antônio da Papuda; from this point, the park's boundary follows the left bank of the Córrego Borá Manso and then heads toward the limits of the Setor Habitacional Bonsucesso and then the Setor Habitacional Mangueiral, including the open space between Lots QC 08/09 and QC 10/11, up to the junction with DF-001; running along DF-001, the polygon closes at the confluence with DF-465.
