Parque Nacional do Acari
Apuí, Amazonas

Description
The park was named after the acari fish, which is abundant in the river that crosses the protected area. Access to Parque Nacional do Acari is free and by boat only, and the best time to visit is between April and June, as the rivers can dry up. The Parna is an emblematic barrier created to curb deforestation in the region, as can be seen in the images. Find out more at https://entreparquesbr.com.br/acari/ Image credits: entreparquesbr
