Take a day to share the splendid nature of Itacoatiara Beach among surfers, climbers, and hikers. The beauty of the region will certainly reward the visit of everyone, especially you who intend to venture on this short and pleasant walking trail. Costão do Itacoatiara is also known as Morro do Tucum. The trail entrance is located at the Visitor Center of the Serra da Tiririca State Park, situated near the left corner of the beach. On the ascent, in addition to the view that extends in all directions, pay attention to the vegetation: orchids, bromeliads, cacti, and palm trees cling to the rock. From the top, to the west, you can observe Morro das Andorinhas, Pedra do Cantagalo, the oceanic region of Niterói, and the mountains of the city of Rio de Janeiro. To the northeast are Pedra do Elefante, Agulha Guarischi, and the rocks of Enseada do Bananal.
