It is important to highlight that the Flona is part of the Union Arc of the Central Plateau Paths, the District Ecological Trails System (Federal District). Route

The Trilha Sucupira follows the course of the Trilha Buriti from the Quiosque dos Mapas, along the flat section of mixed vegetation with eucalyptus and Cerrado formations, around the Espelho d’Água, to the Samambaião field (exotic vegetation). From there, it forks to the right on a long, gentle climb to the highest point, at 1,280m. From there, it descends to Caesb, passing the Mirante das Pedras. From the Caesb bridge, the trail forks to the left for a long 5km, to Bica de Lata, where the overnight stop is. On the second day, it crosses the Geladeira bridge and once again follows the Trilha Buriti to the Paliteiro, from where it sets off on the second loop along the Flona's wide internal dirt roads until the Córrego Currais comes into view, and returns, rejoining all the Caminhos da Flona trails at the Bosque de Pinheiros.
