The Three Girls Trail is located in the Three Girls Ecological Park, a park included in the Area of Relevant Ecological Interest Juscelino Kubitschek (ARIE JK), known as Juscelino Kubitschek Park, which was created by Law No. 1,002, dated 02/01/96, and also includes the Boca da Mata and Suburo Onoyama Parks. Additionally, it is part of the Environmental Protection Area of the Central Plateau.

Route

The trail starts at the parking lot of the Home Center Castelo Forte store, 1ª Av. Sul, QD 302 C, and heads toward the parking lot in front of the Parque Ecológico, at its entrance gate. From the entrance, it follows the paved walking or running track inside the Parque Ecológico, near the administration/security office. Nearby there are restrooms and a spot for hydration/water refills. Heading west, you can pass through the Park's green area, where there are sports courts and picnic spots, a skate park and an extreme sports area. After the mango trees, you reach the part of the park with old buildings, from when the site was still a farm built in the 1960s, notably three small houses built by the former owners for their three daughters. You can make out a larger manor house, a pool/leisure area and, finally, the little houses. At this point, you can connect the Trilha Três Meninas toward the Parque da Ceilândia, reaching the Cachoeira do Melchior.
