Travessia Waimea

Route

The Travessia Waimea starts to the left of the south takeoff ramp (overlooking the Região Oceânica), where riders will go through several obstacles (jump ramps) up to the section called “Waimea”, the biggest descent of the route. Next, there is a climb on a sharp right-hand curve, where the cyclist will reach a fork and must keep left on a descent to the “Rock Garden” stone stairway. Continuing along the route, riders will reach the road that leads to Vila Sítio Aldeia, the end of the traverse.
